Nearchos Ntaskas, founder of polkadot design started out in the early nineties making storyboards for animation productions around Europe. He has been highly involved with art creating fine quality illustrations and design for cultural organisations, museums and personal exhibitions. His graphic design studies together with his passion for art has led him to explore various editorial and artistic fields. His work has been dinstinguished in American Illustration, European Design Awards, German Design Council Awards and EBGE awards amongst others.

Clair Georgelli, co founder of polkadot design, studied typography & Graphic Communication in Reading University UK. In early years of studying she has turned her interest into typography for children as well as children's illustration. She has written and illustrated various books for children, some of which have obtained distinctions at the 'White Ravens' Award of International Youth Library in Munich, EBGE and Public Awards.

Thalia Maria Bitha, studied Interior Architecture and Graphic Design. Ηer master’s project “Oikade”, is an illustrated narration of modern greek history, published and available in selected bookstores. She has an infinite passion for illustration and values spontaneity in design.
